Decorate gift bags!

December 12th, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
George R. Brown Convention Center

1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010

Thank you! How do 5,100 bags of gifts get unloaded, sorted, decorated, and delivered? With an amazing group of volunteers! Be An Angel thanks the many special angels that came out to help with this giant task. Merry Christmas from Be An Angel and the many children we serve.

Be Creative! We will be decorating the bags to give each one a festive appearance. Materials such as stickers and bows will be available or you can bring your own.

Help deliver!

December 13th, 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
George R. Brown Convention Center

1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX 77010

Thank you to your overwhelming response to our delivery event but we are at full capacity with volunteers!  Please continue to check our website for more opportunities. We will be delivering the gifts to the schools we serve throughout the greater Houston area. Volunteers select schools to deliver gifts – transport in their private vehicles (need to show proof of insurance). A map showing address and directions will be provided.

Be An Angel Train, Train Drivers and Donation Collectors

Weekends!
Old Town Spring

  • Each weekend beginning soon the Be An Angel Train makes continuous trips around and through Old Town Spring carrying passengers that have donated to support the children with special needs we serve.
  • Two person teams are needed to drive the train and collect funds. The train is a John Deere lawn mower with an accelerator clutch (just push the accelerator and it goes) and is easy to start, stop, drive, and navigate. Saturday times are from 10am to 5pm. Sundays are from 1pm to 5pm.
  • We welcome service clubs, parent/child groups, school or church organizations!
