Applications to Be An Angel for equipment or services are evaluated on the basis of the needs of the child and the financial status of the supporting family. 

Our target client is a child from 0 to 21 years of age with impairments serious enough to be detrimental to normal development and quality of life and is supported by a family without the financial resources to improve that situation.

Every Be An Angel program is operated under the auspices of this criteria.
